Servicing to manufacturer’s specification on any gas boiler/gas fire/cooker/cylinder(included unvented). This includes cleaning out all components within the gas appliance, inspecting for any damage or wear and tear, replacing any required burner seals and then fully safety testing the appliance, adjusting settings as required. Our engineers will then fill out any benchmark service logs where available to keep your boiler in tip top condition and within it’s manufacturer’s warranty.

Gas Landlord/Homeowner Certificates (CP12)

Gas landlord/homeowner certificates (also known as a CP12 certificate) are required every 12 months by law if you rent out your property.
