Our mission is to provide a service to our customers that makes our work stand out. We like to go the extra mile in reassuring you that you are getting the best possible service and the best possible outcome for your situation.
Our promise
At Keep The Heat, we are against upselling. Sometimes our heating systems fail and need to be repaired. This does not mean it’s the end for your system. A lot of other companies will just try to sell you a new boiler/system but, here, we like to repair whenever possible. Occasionally, parts may not be available for your boiler or it’s just not economical to repair it and you may need a replacement. In this case, you will be kept up to date and informed of costs as we go along.
Our history
Keep The Heat LTD was established in 2021 by Connor Wood. Connor is a fully qualified engineer, originally passing his CCN1 gas exams back in 2014. Since then, he has been working for a well known and very reputable company based in Leicester doing installation, service and repair work all across the midlands, resulting in 10 years of experience within the central heating industry.
